Cancer Connection Programs The following programs are designed to connect cancer patients with other individuals that have experienced the same type of cancer and treatment or professionals with a wealth of experience with a particular disease. Simply call one of following programs that apply, and explain your diagnosis and situation. They will review their volunteer registry to find the best possible match, and then have that individual contact you back.

EMPOWER YOUR RECOVERY: A PROGRAM FOR HEALING AND GROWTH FOR LIVING BEYOND CANCER Empower Your Recovery provides support and education for living beyond cancer, after treatment ends. This group will cover physical recovery, self-care, relationships and more. Meetings are held once a week for five weeks at Hope Cancer Resources and are open to anyone who has completed treatment for any type of cancer. You

LYMPHEDEMA SUPPORT GROUP
Hope Cancer Resources partners with Highlands Oncology Group to offer support
for patients affected by lymphedema. This group meets quarterly from 12-1:30 p.m. at
Highlands Oncology Group in Rogers. Lymphedema professionals will be available to
provide education and clinical support. A light lunch will be provided.

SUPPORTING STAGE IV This group provides support for men and women living with any type of stage IV
